Meet The Faces Behind Certified Machinery

I’m Frank Rodgers, the president of Certified Machinery.

I look forward to sharing our story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know us better.

After a long term working relationship with Ernie DiGiulio, we decided to collaborate and incorporated Certified Machinery in 1994. Ernie, the CEO of Certified Machinery, has over seventeen years in sales management in the packaging industry, while I have more than twenty decades of experience in contract packaging.

We started by selling used packaging equipment and new product handling systems for coding and marking, i.e., our twin belt transports, twin belt diverters, and case feeders.  We came to be known for our expertise in rebuilt equipment, primarily cartoners. 

The widespread use of the internet put us on the world map enabled us - a company located in New Jersey - to connect with customers across the country and from around the world. 

Much has changed since we began operations in 1994. As a company, we have evolved from offering only used equipment to including new equipment into our repertoire. 

We are pleased to offer a full line of packaging machinery including, but not limited to:  fillers, tube fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, check weighers, metal detectors, etc.

Ernie and I firmly believe that your reputation is all you have in business. Together, with our team, we have built an excellent reputation by selling quality equipment at a reasonable price and exceeding our customers’ project requirements.
